We Will Work with You
We have no standard way of working with our clients.
Depending on the project, we have one or two consultants assigned
to the project. On larger projects, a team approach provides a
balance of capability and the resources you need to get the job
done effectively. One of our consultants will be your primary
contact, and both will understand your situation and the progress
on your project. We are able to take on both large and small
projects.
Most of our projects start with the development of a reward
strategy that is closely linked with your business process and
strategy. The goal of this strategy is to engage employees in
helping you create a high-performance organization. Subsequently, we develop a work process and calendar
that will be used to complete your project. We discuss progress
with you and keep you informed. You will be as involved in the
project as you would like to be, and we normally partner closely
with every client. Most often we form a strategy team and a design
team in client companies to ensure involvement and commitment to
the final solution.
We provide continuous contact as necessary after the project is
completed and are available to help you fine-tune the outcome in
the future. You will be talking with the same people after the
project is completed as you did during the project. That is the
advantage of working with a consulting team that has been together
for more than 28 consecutive years.
